2 weeks ago I participated in the 1st Annual Pleasant Grove Viking Triathlon. It was a mere 45 degrees! My hands were frozen to my handle bars and we swam last. When I jumped into the pool, I was so cold that the slightly warmed pool stung. I finished in about an hour and a half and Autumn said that her favorite part was me winning the medal! (She doesn't know we all win medals, but I won't take away her glory).
