Brandon found this home as an investment property for us to clean up and rent out. I wish we had before pictures--but we don't. So you will have to take my word for it--it cleaned up nice. We spent A LOT of time there for about 10 days cleaning, painting and laying down flooring etc...It turned into a family project and Autumn and Jaxon even got to earn money. Jaxon screwed on the electrical plates for the plugs and Autumn suffered in the 32 degree weather with me cleaning the blinds. Brinnley found ways to keep herself happy playing in Brandon's toolbox and taking long naps in the empty room in her play n pack.....Now, to find a good renter...
